Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using statistical analysis methodologies.

  • Responsible for performance analysis, structure, and measurements of projects. Capable to use quantitative approach to measure effectiveness of projects.

  • Structure, analyses and present complex ideas and data, as well as resolve complex problem.

  • Dedicate 100% of the task to implementation of improvement actions with execution being foremost priority.

  • Ensure all business improvement targets are accomplished. Able to understand business and link initiatives to targeted business outcomes.

  • Handling several projects.

  • Understand of where and how to employ Six Sigma methodology to achieve business objectives.

  • Understand customer needs (also known as Critical to Quality or CTQs).

  • Serve as change agents in achieving positive change and earning approval.

  • Deliver measurable results. Must be diligent and quick to demonstrate results.

  • Self-motivated and capable of solving problematic situations. Have cheerful disposition and are inspired to strive under challenging conditions.

  • Able to correlate decreasing process variance with process improvement.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering (preferable with manufacturing background).

  • 5-8 years of relevant working experience.

  • Lean Six Sigma expertise, experience of large and complex lean projects and track record of significant delivery.

  • Must have done min 2 Black Belt projects and supported min 5 Green Belt projects.

  • Candidate must be capable to use data-driven and statistical performance to improve process.

  • Ability to structure, analyses and present complex ideas and data, as well as resolve complex problem.

  • Must be able to manage time effectively, capable in handling minimum 3 Quality projects per quarter.

  • Must be able to advise the leadership on the Quality risk in the shopfloor and desired Quality initiatives based on the leading and lagging indicators analysis.

  • Must be able to plan and present progress of the quality initiatives and lead a group of stakeholders to complete the initiatives on time.

  • Able to value stream maps.

  • Excellent communication skills. Can coach, mentor and be an advisor. Able to communicate with groups. Can recognize their audience's needs and adjust their message to meet those demands. Capable of leading and collaborating with groups and grasp team formation principles (storming, norming, performing). Have good interpersonal relationships, influence others, and inspire everyone else to manage and lead.

  • Lean Practitioner and have shown impactful improvements on business metrices using Lean Six Sigma methodology.

  • Preferable to have experience in Quality Framework.
