Process improvement

• Prepare monthly scrap record, analyze root causes and take actions

• Continuously reduce production process scrap rate

• Evaluate standard labor time and labor headcount, balance cycle time

• Increase productivity and reduce production cost by lean production methods

Quality improvement

• Analyze and evaluate customer complaints together with quality department

• Design work instructions for production operators and train them regularly

Efficient increase

• Design and optimize tools to make operator’s job easier and more efficient

• Evaluate and implement process related new ideas and improvement proposals from operators

• Solve daily process problems in workshop

Process Industrialization

• Take lead for industrialization of new products, materials and processes.

• Lead and support projects for continuous quality improvement and cost reduction.

• Bachelor or Master degree in chemistry or engineering

• 2 - 3 years working experience in production or process engineering

• Experience in coating processes or rubber industry preferred

• Advanced process control knowledge (SPC, FMEA, Control Plan)

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability and willingness to work in an international team

• Good communication skills, fluent in both oral and written English
