    Purpose of the position

    The main objective of this person will be to collaborate in the different projects of the area so that all customers have the best after-sales service and the product repair services are reinforced.

    Duties and responsibilities

  • Telephone attention and resolution of incidents

  • Responsible for the acceptance and processing of warranties received from the technical service

  • Responsible for the investigation and implementation of countermeasures in the factory to solve market incidents

  • Conduct technical training to our distributor network personnel

  • Technical audits to distributors in order to verify that they have all the tools/resources for vehicle repairs

  • Provide technical support to dealers in the process of repairing a vehicle

  • “Flying doctor” to local dealers if needed

    Knowledge and skills

  • Good knowledge of electromechanics and/or electronics

  • Responsible, methodical, organized person, with capacity for analysis and decision making

  • Excellent German and good English skills

  • Good Microsoft Office skills
