Job Summary: This position will be responsible for a variety of duties; answering incoming calls, taking messages, greeting visitors, sorting mail, responsible for weighing and dumping trucks, assist with keeping the dryer facility clean, assist with drying and shipping rice as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must be 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willing to travel during office hours if needed.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Must possess strong math skills with the ability to utilize spreadsheet formulas for consistency and accuracy.

  • Must possess read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently.

  • Must possess good oral and written communication skills.

  • Must be organized, attentive to details, and able to prioritize duties for efficient project completion.

  • Must be willing and able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.

  • Other duties as requested by supervisor.
