JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manager needed for afternoon shifts, Noon to 6:15pm weekdays and/or weekends required. Prepare fresh-made pizzas, ingredient preparation, and cleaning. Ability to follow recipes, understand scale and cup measurements and excellent customer service skills, ability to lift 50 lbs. Scheduling is very flexible, part-time possible. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas. Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases. Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils. Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared. Prepare pizzas, following specific methods that usually require short preparation time. Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by patron, and prepare food according to instructions. Serve orders to customers at counters. Take food orders and receive payment from customers. Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity. Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers. Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales. Assign employees to specific duties. Perform work activities of subordinates, such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise. Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level. Examine products purchased for resale or received for storage to assess the condition of each product or item. Enforce safety, health, and security rules. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Previous customer service and supervisory skills are preferred. Ability to stay on your feet throughout a shift and occasionally lift more than 50 lbs. with assistance. Ability to work under pressure through busy shifts and willing to take on new tasks as requested. Previous restaurant management experience preferred, but not necessary.
