JOB REQUIREMENTS: Assess the condition of gel coat/paint and recommend proper maintenance protocol Wash, buff, and wax deck and hull Apply bottom paint to sail and power boats Possess knowledge of proper operation of hand and hand-held air/electric tools and apply to work Follow all procedures pertaining to safety and personal protection equipment Ensure quality of work performed ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Detailer I\'s responsibility is to perform the duties below on a regular basis and meet customer satisfaction standards as well as company sales and safety requirements.
