Senior SAP Finance RTR Functional Lead Seeking an experienced Senior SAP Finance RTR Functional Lead (Record to Report) to join our team who would be responsible for supporting a Global SAP S4 instance. As the Senior SAP Finance RTR Functional Lead it will require expert knowledge and understanding of SAP Record to Report processes and would be responsible for analyzing and requirement gathering processes including AP, AR, GL, lockbox, electronic banking, controlling, asset accounting and treasury. In this position you will be responsible for partnering with the Finance organization to lead the development of business cases and provide value proposition for improvements and opportunities that align with the organizational strategic direction. This role requires advanced level SAP FICO expertise from a business, technical, and functional perspective and have an expert level capability. You will work closely with BPO's (Business Process Owners) as well as other functional teams, including P2P procurement, PLTPR plan to produce, OTC order to cash, QM quality management, PM plant maintenance and EHS environmental Health & Safety to ensure seamless integration processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in SAP RTR configuration and implementation support. This role is also responsible for facilitating roadmap development for process improvements by establishing priorities for Global RTR projects and enhancements providing both long- and short-term recommendations for innovative improvements. Responsibilities: Own and drive SAP FI/CO design, configuration, and enhancements in the following areas: AP, AR, GL, Lockbox, Electronic Banking, Costing, Controlling, Treasury and Asset Accounting. Documentation of configuration design and implementation elements allowing for easy support and knowledge transfer. Thorough understanding in SAP Finance and Costing tables and configuration Thorough understanding of accounting business processes and SAP functionality and solutions. Analyze existing business processes across the organization and utilize existing knowledge of SAP solutions that would support those processes. This will include the ability to review, analyze and provide recommendations to complex issues and when necessary, provide prototype of new solutions, process enablers and drive process transformations. Lead workstream projects and develop functional specifications, test plans and scenarios, and training materials as needed. Proficient in working closely with the users Globally to develop acceptance test scenarios and test data to execute the scenarios for all RTR system changes and integrations with other workstreams. Partner with business BPO's, IT peers and technical teams to determine the requirements for change requests, projects (technical and functional) and exercise best judgement in selecting methods and techniques to achieve best measurable business outcomes. The ability to translate RTR business issues into actionable requirements and technical solutions. Collaborate with other IT peers to understand business needs to provide best IT solutions. Provide advanced ability to organize, prioritize, troubleshoot, document, escalate and manage multiple complex projects, tasks and meet deliverables.
