[GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION]{.underline}

At TTH, our administrative team is the team who keeps the office running smoothly. Our administrative assistant will help maintain the flow of documentation, requests, and organization throughout the office. We are seeking an individual with a strong attention to detail, enjoys reconciling, has a desire to learn more about the billing process, and wants to join a company with a great culture!      

[RESPONSIBILITIES]{.underline}

1.    Maintain and use office equipment, such as phones, copiers, computers, etc.
2.    Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
3.    Field Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable inquires
4.    Enter customer invoices and vendor bills
5.    Welcome visitors to our facility while following proper security protocols for non-visitors
6.    Work with the Company's software programs (i.e., Jobboss, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Paylocity, etc.)
7.    Communicate effectively with all departments
8.    Organize, file and maintain proper document retention for paperwork related to customers, vendors, etc.

 

[QUALIFICATIONS]{.underline}

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
  • Major or minor in Accounting, Business Administration, Communication, or Finance is preferred

     

[OTHER REQUIREMENTS]{.underline}

  • Ability to perform tasks in a seated position for extended periods
  • Ability to keyboard for extended periods
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Team oriented with strong leadership skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently
