Salary: Commensurate with skills and experience

Employment: Full Time

Location headquarters: Stratford, CT

Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (site-specific hours may apply)

Overtime: Available

Summary:

Our work includes exciting new and renovation projects ranging in size from single story to 30 story high rise buildings as well as medical, institutional, and industrial facilities. We build high-end quality systems utilizing Pro-press and conventional connections. Our varied scope of work includes underground piping, chilled and hot water systems, condenser water piping, steam and steam condensate, process piping, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Safety conscience

  • Good communication and leadership skills

  • Able to manage & direct job crews with fairness and efficiency

  • Must possess a valid Connecticut driver’s license

  • High School or equivalent degree

  • Relevant Connecticut trade license (S1 thru S4)

  • Possess or able to be trained for OSHA 10/30 certification

  • Able to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

  • Willing to work independently or as part of a large team

  • Attention to detail

  • Execute and follow Company required documentation, paperwork including submittals, timesheets, daily reports, etc.

  • Knowledge of HVAC & Piping building code requirements

  • Basic knowledge of complete mechanical system and how they work

  • Knowledge of trade materials, tools, means & methods

  • Reliable transportation

  • Demonstrate safe use of trade-related power and hand tools
