Vontier System Administrator I in Stow, Ohio
This position will be based at our headquarters in Stow, Ohio and work on a hybrid schedule: Tuesdays through Thursdays in office, and from home Mondays and Fridays.

As a System Administrator I, you’ll be the wizard behind the curtain, orchestrating the magic that keeps our digital realm thriving. Here’s your spellbook:
Windows Whisperer: With 1 year of experience under your belt, you’ll deftly navigate Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server operating systems. Your mission? Ensuring our servers dance to the right tune.
Desktop Maestro: Windows 10 is your playground. You’ve spent a year mastering its secrets, from shortcuts to hidden gems. When desktops need a tune-up, you’re the troubleshooter they call.
Networking Navigator: TCP/IP, routers, and wireless networks—these are your constellations. You’ve spent a year charting their paths, untangling knots, and ensuring smooth data flow. When the network gremlins strike, you’re ready.
Office Oracle: Microsoft Office—Outlook, Excel, Word—they’re your trusty companions. You’ve spent a year deciphering their scrolls, creating macros, and turning spreadsheets into works of art.
Hardware Whisperer: Basic hardware support? You’ve got it covered. Whether it’s a misbehaving printer or a finicky mouse, you’ll troubleshoot with finesse.
iSeries Explorer: While not mandatory, your experience with IBM iSeries systems is a plus. If you’ve danced with AS/400s and know your way around RPG, consider it a bonus.
SQL Sorcerer: A working knowledge of relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server, adds sparkle to your spellbook. You’ve peeked behind the SELECT curtains and crafted JOIN incantations.
