Enbridge Gas Ohio is looking to hire a Senior Technical Training Instructor with experience Gas Measurement & Regulation, Measurement & Controls, Compression, Corrosion and/or Storage Operations. Here's what you will do: Provide task specific training that supports Operator Qualification requirements, valve maintenance, overpressure protection, operation of regulating equipment, leak investigation, pressure testing, cathodic protection, and pipeline corrosion. Provide hands-on training to Operations employees. Document training to ensure compliance. Provide input in setting objectives and policy, identifying critical issues and introducing new concepts. Identifies and implements improvements in better work alternatives and business processes. Provides mentorship to direct reports and amongst peers. Who you are: You have: One of the following combinations of experience and education: A Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years directly related experience. An Associate's Degree and 7+ years of directly related experience. Military Service Members/Veterans ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O3-O6 and 3+ years directly related experience. A High School diploma and 9+ years of directly related experience. Directly Related Experience includes field operations in measurement control, pressure, storage, compression, pipeline safety, adult education, training & development, or quality control experience. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication, problem-solving, time management, strong computer skills. A valid driver's license and are able to drive. You can: Competently use all software applications critical to the target audience, present material in an understandable way to large and small groups, analyze and organize information and develop training programs and classes, operate, and troubleshoot equipment used by the target audience, lead and coach, and process information and questions and quickly develop answers. Preferred Assets: 3+ years' experience as an on-the-job trainer/instructional trainer or 4+ years Pipeline Safety experience. Knowledge of Pipeline Safety Minimum Safety Standards Familiar with ASME B31Q Currently hold or have held Operator Qualifications in pressure regulations, measurement and control, valve inspections, line locating, etc.).
