SPIROL Stow Ohio has a 1st shift full time position available for a CNC Programmer; Laser, Lathe and Mill equipment, providing programs to the CNC Mechanics with all necessary documentation including layouts, tooling, and cycle time estimates. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide programs including all other information such as tools, feeds, and speeds required for successful production in a timely manner. Assist machine operators with program prove-outs. Provide set-up instructions and loading of programs as required. Plan work to minimize scrap and provide optimum cycle times. Accurately and consistently document and store all machine programs and Process Routing. Manage current tooling inventories to know what is available at scheduled time of manufacture. Maintain a safe, orderly, clean working area. Report all safety issues out of your control to your manager. Compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety rules and regulations. Perform all other work assigned by Manager/Supervisor. Promotes continuous improvement by taking the initiative to identify issues and provide solutions with the goal of reducing cost and improving performance.
