JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are currently in need of a 1st shift Shipping & Receiving Foreman at our facility in Stoughton, Wisconsin supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Foreman at Zalk Josephs Fabricators, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the shipping and receiving processes. This position requires a combination of strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and knowledge in supply chain and logistics management. This position is a Non-Union and salaried open position with periodic overtime. Shipping & Receiving Foreman Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm Primary Responsibilities * Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations and establish work priorities to meet production commitments. * Oversee inbound and outbound shipping activities, identify areas for improvement and implement resolution. * Establish shift objectives to support location goals and objectives. * Order and supervise the necessary repairs and maintenance of equipment. * Coordinate operations to meet the demands of shipping schedule. * Administer organizational policies and procedures at the department level. * Maintain records for the accuracy and timeliness of daily products, completed orders, and inspection reports. * Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas. * Enforce safety and housekeeping best practices and employee training programs. * Drive manufacturing needs through safety, quality, delivery, and cost with required results. * Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization. * Approve labor tasks through M Job time. Minimum Qualifications * Associates degree in business management or two years of equivalent work experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, and personnel management. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). * Experience in managing safety programs, personnel development, and activities to maximize work force efficiency. * Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills are required.
