JOB REQUIREMENTS: Stoughton Health has an excellent employment opportunity for a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant. The PT is responsible for the full range of physical therapy treatments and tasks. Evaluates and treats patients with various disabilities. Designs and monitors therapeutic programs to insure safe progression toward therapeutic goals. The PTA is responsible for the full range of physical therapy procedures and related tasks that have been selected and delegated by the supervising physical therapist. PT requires minimum of Bachelor\'s degree and completion of physical therapy course education, licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin, current BLS certification, basic computer competency skills and beginning Microsoft office suite skills.
