* Manage team phones/pagers/radios * Assists marketing for clerical needs. * Coordinate vendors in absence of Facilities director. * Back up Admin staff for breaks, * Posting menus as needed * Delivering mail to appropriate departments * Assist with resident activities as needed. Under the direction of the Executive Director and Business Office Director, strives to attain excellence in consumer satisfaction for members, families, and other interested parties through ongoing solicitation and measurement of feedback, interactive problem solving, implementation of suggestions, and an annual program evaluation/quality assurance effort.
