Kuehne+Nagel Warehouse Management System (WMS) Project Manager in Stockholm, Sweden

We are looking for an expert in Warehouse Management Systems to manage implementation projects on various Contract Logistics sites in Sweden.

Your Role

In this role, you are part of a team of six people, reporting to the National Contract Logistics Information Systems Manager. You lead projects to implement information systems, mainly Warehouse Management Systems on all our Contract Logistics sites, in Norrköping, Eskilstuna, Gothenburg, Malmö and Kista. You manage cross-functional project teams, and work together with our customers, ensuring a seamless transition to a new information systems environment, well-adjusted to the processes of each warehouse operation.

Your Responsibilities

  • WMS implementation project management

  • Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery with cross-functional teams

  • Solution design, system and integration setup, documentation

  • System testing and customer solution verification

  • Integration with warehouse automation solutions

  • Go live planning and support

  • Continuous learning and improvement #LI-KP1

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Experience in working with, supporting and implementing a WMS, familiarity with SwiftLOG or Blue Yonder is a plus

  • Degree in engineering with solid interest in IT and supply chain business processes

  • Comprehensive understanding of operations and applications within logistics and supply chain

  • Fluent in English, Swedish is a big plus

  • Distinct analytical thinking and robust problem solving skills

  • Has excellent communication skills, a positive working attitude and is a team player

  • Keeps calm and solution oriented also when under pressure

  • Possibility and willingness to travel within Sweden (and regularly commute to one of our sites mentioned above) #LI -KP1
