We are now looking for a Training Planner / Rosterer to join our team in Stockholm.

Main responsibilities:

The Training team in Stockholm is responsible for the execution of all training, including Pilot and Cabin crew training in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

As Training Planner / Rosterer you will be part of the Training department and the Nordic Team and work in a team of three Rosterers to ensure a seamless delivery of the planned training.

The daily work consists of:

  • Responsibility for the allocation of pilot and cabin instructors in the Nordics according to instructor qualifications and regulations from the Authorities.

  • Working closely with Training Managers and Client Service Representatives to meet client training requirements.

  • Working closely with the Central Planning team regarding wet/Wet courses.

  • Handling self-sponsored requests for the Nordic platforms.

  • Handling unforeseen changes to the daily schedules.

  • Liaising with students and CAE instructors (Full Time and Consultant) mainly by email and telephone, be the interface between the training requirement and efficient delivery of that requirement.

    The ideal candidate has the following skills:

  • Exceptional customer service and customer relations skills.

  • Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), ability to adapt to different IT systems and platforms.

  • Ability to maintain strong customer orientation under adverse circumstances.

  • A questioning mind and sharp analytical skills to interpret the varying needs of the training requirement.

  • Excellent attention to details, organized and able to multitask effectively.

  • Ability to quickly acquire comprehensive understanding of the company´s products and service, being able to plan in the most cost and resource effective way and meet the requirements of the customers.

  • Ability to meet deadlines with an eye for details and accuracy.

  • Ability to be decisive and to work to a high level of personal effectiveness and productivity.

  • Able to work on own initiative /Ability to take initiative as well as being a team player.

  • A “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills and experience in line with operational requirements.

  • Excellent communications skills in English, written and verbal, one Scandinavian language is desirable.

  • Enjoying solving problems and always looking for possibilities and solutions.

    Preferably, you have experience in planning or a background within the airline industry.

    This is a full-time position starting with a 6 months probationary period. The position is based at Arlanda airport, Stockholm.
