Philips Shopper Activation Manager , Personal Health- Temporary in Stockholm, Sweden

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Create successful sell-out activities to drive the business through the development and implementation of trade marketing plans (local shopper activation plans). Initiate and stimulate the local and regional trade marketing actions, towards our retailers, both online and offline.

You will manage the performance of promotion spend, within the framework of the integrated A&P and trade marketing planning budget to deliver effectiveness for shopper activations, both online and offline.

You are responsible for:

  • Defining the local shopper activation plans making it customer-specific and in line with overall Nordic Marketing Activation plan.

  • In close cooperation with sales, driving business planning and activities at assigned customers to secure both sell-in and sell-out at key customers.

  • Ensure brand consistency on all consumer touchpoints at retailer channels.

  • Optimizing product presentation offline by securing clear waterfall in planogram supported with inspiring POS also for 2nd in-store placements during activations.

  • Driving online excellence with correct product content on champion products, secure brand preference with supporting shopper activations that increases search reach, time on site, click through rate and basket size.

  • Defining and formulating observations and recommendations for new activities through analysis of sales & consumer data and through monitoring the success of the trade marketing activities.

  • Initiating and realizing local or regional trade marketing actions and promotions, to optimize stock levels at the retailer, and stimulate sell-out and brand loyalty.

  • Responsible for tailored customer POS both offline & online, create conceptual trade decks and manage local merchandisers.

  • Manage category captainships or advisor-ships

You are part of:

The Nordic Trade & Shopper team, where your responsibility will be handling selected Swedish retailers. The Trade Shopper Marketing team is part of the Nordic Consumer marketing team. The role is temporary.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Master’s degree with> 5 years of related experience.

  • Trade marketing experience in an international consumer goods business environment.

  • Experience with product market introductions.

  • Experience in e-commerce and driving and optimizing shopper activation in online retail environments based on shopper data and insights

  • Strong track record of driving online foundational excellence

  • Experience with planning and general budget management together with strong project management skills are essential.

  • Strong commercial skills in bringing the brand plans to life in retail environment (both offline & online)

  • Self-driven & entrepreneurial personality who takes ownership from day 1

  • Strong in communication; Influential and persuasive: internally with local and global teams and externally with customers and partners.

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and work within deadlines.

  • Able to identify and create a compelling trade story from data & shopper insights.

  • Solid general business & marketing understanding in order to drive excellence in commercial triangle execution.

  • Fluent in Swedish (written & verbal)
