Torgil Lenning founded Potentialpark, a market research company based in Stockholm, Sweden, as he identified a strong need for business leaders to be competitive in attracting and recruiting the right talent. Potentialpark aims to bridge the gap in communication by bringing together talent, employers, and academic institutions worldwide.
A successful candidate will have the following:
A university degree in business or similar field
3+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships or/and event planning
Strong understanding and proven experience in marketing processes
Experience working with multiple teams across an organization, and ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English - more languages is a plus
Swedish is NOT required for this position
The following skills are a plus to be successful in this role:
Experience in sales or account management
Experience in managing and growing a team
Practicalities and how to apply:
