Partner Technology Strategist for AI

The Swedish Global Partner Solutions team is now looking for a new member to the Partner Technology Team, a Partner Technology Strategist for AI.

The Partner Technology Strategist for AI will ensure execution of technology strategy and digital transformation by leading and driving technology adoption with focus on AI in the Swedish partner landscape. The role will support the transformation of the partners technology capacity, capability, and co-selling across the engagement, and uses expertise and influence to accelerate strategy execution.

The Partner Technology Strategists for AI will combine various business insights from their team, global best practices, proof points from experience with several countries and regions and develop a perspective on market insights and uses cases that will be relevant for partners to bring to their customers. The role will combine an expert and evangelism role to be able to bring in business and industry insights to address the broader business opportunities and unblock challenges for the partners.

As the Partner Technology Strategist for AI you will be working and supporting a broad perspective of partners but also work more closely with a selected amount with the technical strategy adoption plans and execution. You will lead and be part of the V-team for AI in Sweden and should act both internally and externally as a thought leader and provide insight from market and partners for internal adoption and execution.

Responsibilities

Partner and Industry Insights

  • Influences product leaders and non-exec stakeholders across the organization to challenge partners to consider alternatives and adapt strategies, plans, business models, and solutions to insights.

  • Provides others with business and industry insights to address the broader business challenges for the partner.

  • Equips team with the resources required to execute work against the overall business and technical strategy.

Trusted Advisor

  • Acts as a thought leader and internal advocate by providing insights, feedback, and challenges from the partner to internal across all levels of the organization. Drives action to ensure that internal teams understand and respond to insights.

  • Acts as the "Chief Technology Officer (CTO)" in established, long-term relationships with technical decision makers and business decision makers to the extent that the partner will call for consultation without being prompted), for their partner portfolio, and advises on solutions and positions Microsoft offerings.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business OR related field experience or other education

  • Proven experience of business and sales and/or technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related equivalent technical/sales experience

  • Fluency in English and Swedish is required
