Job Description Summary

As a Nordic Price & Contract Analyst, you will join our dynamic Contract Excellence team and be responsible for the process of examining and tracking financial information within a contract, as well as supporting your colleagues in the Contract Excellence team when needed. This is a new role with great possibility to develop your own routines based on the departments identified needs. We cooperate internally mainly with our colleagues working with tender management, sales, and marketing and externally with health care professionals in the procurement departments.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Analyse actual monthly sales vs. contract obligations

  • Develop and use appropriate processes to track price increases and their impact on revenue

  • Build sales statistic reports based on customer contractual terms and request

  • Communicate and cooperate with sales and account managers in all Nordic countries

  • Continuously work with improving processes and optimizing the use of tools for contract analysis

  • Upload/activate pricing in ERP systems (SAP and AS400) based on business requests and tender contract award information

May perform other duties as required

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent

  • Fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages

  • Good knowledge of Nordic public procurement processes

  • Proven good business knowledge with at least 2 years’ experience from a similar role is considered a plus

  • Strategic and analytical thinking

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills

  • IT knowledge: Highly proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications and experience with Power BI, SAP and Salesforce.com is considered a plus
