Aon Solutions Sweden is looking for an analytical and customer-oriented Junior Consultant

Aon Talent & Data Solutions offers services and advisory within Human Capital Management. Our focus is on developing and securing our clients' most important asset - their employees. We are a Stockholm based team and a part of Aon Human Capital Solutions globally and the Junior Rewards Consultant will be a member of a team covering the Nordic region.

Role & Responsibilities:

The Junior Rewards Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in the design and implementation of a broad range of Rewards related solutions and will play a key role in the identification, development and closure of sales opportunities. The position will support a variety of consulting projects that help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of the Human Capital Solutions team. The role is also integral to the Human Capital Analytics (HCA) Nordic survey participation growth strategy and shall among other responsibilities manage and support enrollment to our surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high quality, bespoke and effective solutions for our clients in the areas of job analysis, job evaluation, job level / grading structure design, rewards philosophy and strategy, salary structure design, executive and board compensation, short term, long-term and sales incentive plan design and total rewards communication solution areas

  • Design and draft presentations that are appropriately tailored for the audience, including client project teams and Remuneration Committee and Board stakeholders

  • Participate in the request for proposal (RFP) process for small to medium size proposals, conducting scoping and fact-finding conversations with clients and prospects to ensure the delivery of proposals with a strong command on problem solving and storytelling through analytics

  • Participate in developing project plans and managing projects/modules whilst ensuring quality, timeliness and profitability targets are met

  • Participate in writing large, cross-practice proposals, collaborating with other practices to develop and propose innovative client solutions and recommendations

  • Develop new opportunities by introducing existing and prospective clients to other services and products in order to drive sales

  • Support colleagues by providing knowledge, input and delivery to other Rewards team or broader consultancy projects

    Technical Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or Human Resource from a renowned university

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in consulting in the human resources field specializing in the areas of Rewards Management (Compensation and Benefits)

  • Excellent mathematical skills and knowledge of MS Excel (proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Strong business writing and experience of producing and presenting reports, in a clear and concise manor, to a variety of audiences

  • Strong project management skills, ability to independently run smaller projects, ensuring quality, timeliness and profitability

  • Strong client service orientation

  • Enjoy building relationships and is a team player

  • Fluent written and spoken English and Swedish is essential
