Job purpose/overview:
Senior P&O business partner with a strategic focus, supporting General Manager and Market Leadership Team:
Partners with GM and Market Leadership team to develop and deploy effective people agenda aligned with the AniCura strategic framework.
Focuses on business challenges and serves as a valued advisor by anticipating needs and trends and developing effective fit-for-purpose P&O solutions that best support the Market needs and position Associates for success.
Secures the success of the Market through establishing and maintaining solid foundations within talent, leadership, and culture in close collaboration with P&O CoEs.
Champions talent development processes to ensure the health of the Market leadership pipeline; addresses capability gaps and key talent needs while ensuring that the right people are always in the right roles.
Coaches senior leaders in building business and leadership capabilities.
Acts as role model Leader and Line Manager, ensuring high engagement and performance. Lives the Great Line Management (GLM) concept within self and team.
Builds a strong and highly efficient operational P&O organization within the market in order to serve the business and to guarantee business continuity
Ensures proper management of any employee representation within the country
Participates as a member of the board of directors for all relevant entities in the respective market
Education & Professional Qualification
University degree in HR or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience :
5 years of progressive P&O and/or leadership experience
Demonstrated experience creating and executing strategies at enterprise level.
Worked at senior levels across different segments and/or industries.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Strong consulting and coaching skills, ability to influence decisions to a positive business outcome.
Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and prioritize business needs and resources.
Strong people leader (experienced in building high achieving teams & developing them).
Excellent command in verbal and written English language.
