About the Role: As our Executive Chef, you will lead all culinary operations, designing and executing innovative menus that exceed guest expectations. You’ll maintain the highest standards across our Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish. Additionally, you’ll champion sustainability initiatives in line with Hilton's global programs.

Our F&B Outlets:

  • Meeting Rooms: We have 16 versatile meeting rooms where you will oversee the culinary service for coffee breaks, providing energizing snacks and beverages to keep our business guests refreshed and focused. The quality of these offerings is key to enhancing the overall meeting experience.
  • Panorama Restaurant: This is where we serve our renowned daily breakfast, a highlight for many of our guests. You'll also be responsible for crafting and delivering lunch and dinner menus tailored for group events. Whether it's a small gathering or a large banquet, you'll ensure every meal is memorable.
  • Eken Restaurant: A vibrant venue that offers à la carte lunches and dinners. Here, you'll focus on creating exceptional dining experiences for both hotel guests and external visitors. The menu should reflect seasonal ingredients, innovative dishes, and a commitment to quality that keeps guests coming back and making Eken the natural choice when visiting the newly renovated Slussen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Excellence: Lead menu creation and execution across all outlets, ensuring alignment with Hilton’s brand standards.
  • Business Growth: Leverage your culinary expertise to attract and retain large-scale business, especially in the conference and event sector.
  • Conference & Event Catering: Develop catering options that accommodate large groups while maintaining high standards.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline kitchen operations, overseeing inventory, staff scheduling, and food preparation to maximize productivity.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Lead sustainable practices, from sourcing local ingredients to minimizing food waste.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, train, and manage a talented culinary team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
