A unique opportunity has arisen to join our well-versed Nordic Price and Tender team, as our new Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Tender & Contract Specialist Nordics. Main responsibilities will include:

Coordinate on-site audits and written audit responses:

  • Be first point of contact both internally and externally and coordinator of all contractual audits in Nordics on ESG related terms ensuring qualitative responses are submitted in a timely manner.

Proactive contract compliance:

  • Proactively review contracts and drive necessary actions to ensure compliance on ESG contractual terms.

Support on optimized tender responses:

  • Analyze tender database, develop guidelines and templates for ESG-related responses in tenders.

  • Engage and collaborate with tender specialists and commercial teams to incorporate ESG considerations into pre-tender work and tender offers.

Be ESG Subject Matter Expert and contact point for broader organization:

  • Train team colleagues on ESG related topics.

  • Cooperate and engage with relevant stakeholders both locally and globally on relevant ESG related questions and projects.

May perform other duties as required.

About you:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, sustainability or equivalent).

  • 0 – 3 years’ work experience

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in minimum one Scandinavian language and English

  • Experience with audits and reporting, preferably with focus on ESG related requirements.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Stakeholder management abilities

  • Experience with tender and contract management and knowledge in Nordic public procurement laws is considered a plus. #

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a Nordic team of Tender and Contract Specialists
