Getting thousands of different products onto the shelves in our customer's stores in the right quantities with precise quality in a very good time manner really does present a meaningful work every single day.

The Customization Business Leader (CBL) owns the design, execution and value creation for a specific P&G category for secondary placements, promotional activities, or executions that are required by the customer and cannot be catered via manufacturing plants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Track and coordinate initiatives from briefing to delivery, working with multifunctional team to ensure readiness and availability at launch date

  • Maintain ongoing communication and proactively consult initiative, commercial and sales partners at any management level on best customization choices.

  • Own the portfolio for a given category to drive sales and profit

  • Drive loss elimination and customization cost reduction in collaboration with finance teams

  • Monitor and improve key metrics such as profitability, cash, net cost savings and initiative lead time responsiveness

All these missions require a strong multi-functional work, which means that you'll work with other functions both internally and externally and you will be responsible to make sure that we have the right product at the right place with the right cost.

Job Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • A University degree (preferably with some engineering or business focus).

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

  • Operational discipline and solid understanding of supply chain processes.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to problem solve with innovation & creativity.

  • Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude.

  • Effective collaboration and communications skills within a multicultural and multifunctional environment.
