About the role:
As the Commercial Business Manager in Sweden, you will work in a role focused on accelerating sales growth and developing customer relationships. A key element of the role will be your successful planning, development, and execution of sales initiatives for several large account customers. You will be eager to build and sustain true customer relationships and make a difference for our patients. In this role, you will drive the business growth and strengthen Convatec position and reputation in the Swedish market.
We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds, including those with experience as a Nurse, who are seeking a new challenge in the sales arena.
You will join a dedicated Nordic & Benelux sales team with colleagues in Finland, Norway, Denmark and Benelux.
Your key duties and responsibilities:
Deliver the sales results according to sales plan and objectives
Support Tenders related to products, technical product information, evidence, etc.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and market conditions, including customer needs and competitors
Implement sales initiatives plans
Identify and exploit new market opportunities
Grow ConvaTec market share through establishing new and building upon existing relationships with key decision makers.
Understand how ConvaTec product range differentiates us from our competitors and proactively communicate this with key decision makers
Be accountable for and take full ownership of assigned territory
Effectively use all the sales tools, reporting systems and CRM to meet company standards

About You:
You have a winning attitude, are a self-starter with a strong sense of accountability, urgency and attention to detail. You enjoy execution and collaboration while delivering strong sales results and growing the business consistently. You are truly service minded, able to develop relationships with customers through care, empathy and diplomacy. You have good time management skills and the ability to prioritize. You thrive in an environment with minimal supervision, show good initiative and follow-up to achieve multiple deadlines and targets.
Key Requirements
Strong Sales mindset
Previoussales experience within health care or consumer areas is highly valued
Good analytical mindset and very good excel skills
Knowledge of the Swedish Tender Market is a plus
You are a Team Player with strong customer focus
Strong communication and presentation skills (oral/writing)

Travel requirements
This role will be hybrid, requiring frequent travel for hospital visits, wholesaler, purchasers and to relevant external conferences and to attend company meetings.
Education/Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences or health care related subjects
Background as a Nurse is highly valued
Language skills required
This role requires Fluent Swedish language skills (writing, reading, and speaking)
English fluent (writing, reading, and speaking)
Working conditions
National legislation / full week working time.
The working environment is hybrid. You’ll be working from our new office in Solna and from home. The successful candidate will be based in Stockholm.
