Job Description Summary

This is a 6 month fixed-term contract role with the added advantage of a home office opportunity, providing you with flexibility and convenience in your work environment.

Main responsibilities will include:
Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed and issue service claims.
Engage in both inbound and outbound communication to effectively resolve customer inquiries.
Collaborate within the team to complete daily other customer service tasks in alignment with provided SLAs.
Participates in projects, quality initiatives to develop and maximize individual and customer service capacity
About you:
First experience in office environment
Adaptable to changing customer needs with a results-oriented approach.
Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Effective collaborator with diverse teams.
Proficient in Norwegian, Finnish or Danish, and English.
Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications.
