We are opening up for an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager Oncology, focus on Genitourinary (GU) Oncology, to join our experienced and highly motivated team, all with a clear goal to serve patients, every day! You will experience being in a dynamic environment where motivation, passion and innovation are key drivers for success. You will use your experience to help develop strategies and to drive implementation of cross-functional and tactical plans. The position sought for is reporting to the Business Unit Lead Oncology. The position is based in Solna, Stockholm.

Objectives of the Position

  • Develop and deploy a cross-functional, omnichannel communication and brand strategy aligned with the EMEA strategy, though customized to local needs and opportunities.

  • Drive and support promotional activities such as events, projects and ad-boards.

  • Build and implement Marketing/Commercial materials and assets, including f ex campaigns and customer updates such as newsletters, web content and webinars.

  • Implementation of the segmentation, targeting, channel and marketing mix strategy, taking into consideration local market and customer needs and using/crafting CRM.

  • Train and support the field-based team on relevant messaging and assets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find innovative solutions for our partners; identify insights, uncover unmet needs and investigate the feasibility to deliver strategic customer-value adding collaboration projects.

  • Work in collaboration with local, Nordic and European Marketing networks, ensuring insights- and content sharing.

What you will need to succeed

In the position as Brand Manager Oncology, you will be a key player and informal leader on the GU Cancer journey. To be successful in this role and aligned with our values, you have a strong patient and customer focus. You also have a can do-attitude and are an excellent teammate with documented project management skills. You are experienced in working with cross-functional, highly collaborative teams and have excellent skills in motivating and influencing without authority.

You will apply your experience in brand management and omnichannel communication to contribute in the core value team. For this you need a proven record of developing insights and actions based on in-market analytics and market research.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor-level (academical) degree or equivalent education in natural sciences, business administration or relevant field is required.

  • A minimum of two years of work experience in Marketing within the Life Science industry is required.

  • Work experience within the therapeutic area Oncology is a merit.

  • LIF-graduation or equivalent education is required.

  • Valid driver’s license is required.

  • Experience and knowledge of working in the Microsoft Office suit is required.

  • High proficiency in the Swedish and English languages is required.
