This position provides financial support for Student Union (SU) operations. This position will perform a variety of accounting activities applying accepted procedures to the preparation and maintenance of accounting and other records, as well as preparing financial reports to ensure accurate accounting records. Specifically, this position is responsible for accounts payable and receiving all tender types from SU operations (approximately \$19 million), preparing daily deposits in accordance with the cash control policy, recording of transactions on correct reports and schedules, and then performing daily and monthly reconciliations of all accounts.

Due to weight of coin sacks, must be able to lift 20-30 pounds. All other duties as assigned. May require working late hours or some weekends.
