The Program Coordinator works under the direction of the Program Manager, Director, and Associate Director(s) of the Oklahoma State University Center for Developmental Disabilities (OSUCDD) and in conjunction with a team of faculty, staff, and students to coordinate and implement the daily activities necessary to achieve long-term goals of research projects and programs across the OSUCDD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Coordinate recruitment, data collection, and data entry for the Oklahoma National Core Indicators (NCI) research project a contract with Oklahoma Human Services Developmental Disabilities Services (OHS-DDS).Assist with data auditing for the Oklahoma NCI Project.Communicate with professionals in the DDS service system regarding recruitment and data collection.Perform basic data analysis and compile data needed for quarterly reports.Assist with dissemination of research findings and technical report writing.Adhere to and ensure research team members adhere to OSUCDD policies and Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocols.Maintain office supplies needed for research and related budget.

Support other research areas as needed.Provide leadership to the undergraduate research team.Coordinate and oversee daily personnel management (e.g., research team member work schedules and assignments and adherence to ethical guidelines and policies).Organize and attend weekly research team meetings and trainings.Coordinate transportation schedules and travel arrangements for team members.
