Ideal candidates will bring robust managerial experience from an Environmental Services Education Campus department or similar. You'll need superb communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to lead with empathy and innovation. Your role will involve scheduling, maintaining quality standards, conducting audits, managing budgets, and fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.

  • At least 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a service-focused environment, ideally within custodial or facilities services.

  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.

  • Strong digital literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office suite.
