This position will work a 40-hour designated shift in the Lake Carl Blackwell Park office and be responsible for the following:Carry out housekeeping duties associated with the nightly rental cabins.Inventory and maintain cleaning supplies.Laundry duty.Maintain cleanliness of the Lake Carl Blackwell Park office.Serve as the lead person on projects as assigned by supervisor.Assist supervisor with training of housekeeping staff.Assist supervisor with spot inspection of cabins to ensure high standards.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Must be willing to work night/weekend and holiday shifts.Will be required to travel outside from office to rental cabins in all types of weather extremes (heat, cold, rain, snow).Position presents exposure to cleaning supplies, which may present a hazard if not used properly.This position requires manual labor and the ability to push, pull, and lift.Must be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds.
