The program coordinator position involves recruiting 4 groups of fathers per year and delivering in-person the evidence based 24/7DADprogram which focuses on increasing fathers parenting knowledge and skills, enhancing fathers relationship and co-parenting skills, and improving economic stability for the fathers and their families. The coordinators will also provide case management services to fathers as needed.
