This position will facilitate the work of the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Dean, the Associate Dean for Inclusive Excellence & Community Engagement, and the Director of Global Engagement in the College of Education and Human Sciences. Responsibilities for the three areas will include:\ 1) meet and greet all visitors to the Dean\'s office;\ 2) answer phones calls and emails and handle as required, providing assistance to callers regarding specific topics;\ 3) coordinate calendars and schedule meetings;\ 4) assist in preparing meeting agendas and attend and take notes when needed;\ 5) purchase supplies for all offices under the Dean;\ 6) maintain and track college promotional and recruitment items;\ 7) assist the facilities manager with the college key inventory;\ 8) assist in organizing various correspondence for the Dean, Associate Dean and Director;\ 9) assist in arranging travel for the Dean, offices under the Dean, and study away courses;\ 10) assist on faculty-led study abroad materials and approval process;\ 11) assist with organizing international events and programs for the college;\ 12) assist with organizing logistics for international visitors to the college;\ 13) provide other services as needed.\ This position is exposed to issues that will require a great deal of professionalism and confidentiality.
