Description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for the protection of all property of Choctaw Casinos and for ensuring policies and procedures are followed as applicable.

Pay Rate: $15.18 an hour | Full-Time | Evening Shift | 3PM- 11 PM

Primary Tasks:

  1. Access and retrieve computerized data.

  2. Investigates unusual or suspicious situations.

  3. Assists with emergency situations.

  4. Maintain security and procedures according to rules.

  5. Patrols internal and external company property

  6. Possesses a thorough knowledge of company regulations and procedures.

  7. Maintain log book of all activity occurring on a daily basis.

  8. Operates firefighting equipment and short-wave radio, and administer CPR and first aid.

  9. Write incident reports regarding all security issues, accidents, theft, or vandalism and submit to the Security Supervisor.

  10. Refers dangerous situations or complex problems to supervisor.

  11. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • At least of 21 years of age.

  • Must be medically fit and able to perform all of the essential functions of a Security Officer and pass a physical fitness test.

  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license.

  • Basic Computer skills to enable report writing, composition or correspondence, Internet and email.

  • Ability to reason and react calmly and quickly in emergency and life threatening situations.

  • Able to qualify yearly with department firearms

TARGET
