JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB ID: 20671 Position Title: Executive Assistant TTC Title and Code: Executive Assistant I (AD010) FTE: 100% Principal Work Location: UW-Stevens Point Main Campus, Old Main Supervisor: Dr. La Vonne Cornell-Swanson, Provost and Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs Position Summary: This position provides specialized services in the daily administrative activities of the Academic Affairs Office. The Executive Assistant is an extension of the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic affairs and assists the Provost/Vice Chancellor in carrying out the role of the chief academic officer of the institution. The individual oversees scheduling for the Vice Chancellor and Associate Vice Chancellors, prepares meeting materials, coordinates travel, and manages complex budgets for the division. The position requires advanced Excel skills, management of division reports, sound judgment, the ability to operate independently to handle a wide variety of situations, ability to work collaboratively with others (collegiality), excellent communication and organizational skills and an understanding of campus, UW System, and Regent policies.
