This is a Regular, 40 hour per week, Full Time position with benefits.

 

 

Rate of pay starts at $14.50 per hour. After successful completion of the initial trial period, the rate of pay increases to $15.82 per hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to communicate effectively, being courteous and professional, with the program customers that are to be served, coworkers and others, as required per agency policies and procedures.

 

Performing all weatherization work as assigned by the crew leader in a timely manner with professional workmanship in conformance with the MWPS.

 

Properly utilize and maintain all safety equipment, hand and power tools, and other equipment, as assigned.

 

Ability to read measuring tapes and other tools / meters as needed.

 

Ability to listen and follow directives of Crew Chief.

 

Effectively work without direct supervision.

 

Perform the duties of the Crew Chief, when needed.

 

Complete all process required by the agency or grant funding source.

 

Completion of all required and relevant training as assigned by the Weatherization Director.

 

Perform other duties as assigned by the Crew Chief, Deputy Director/Planner, Administration or necessary to obtain program goals.

Education

:

High school diploma or equivalent.
