Raytheon is seeking a Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer providing enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support to an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community. This position manages moderately sized projects or processes with minimal oversight and provides measurable input to new products, processes, or standards in operational plans to implement customer integrations and/or objectives. The position works in a SCIF environment with flexible work hours to accommodate work/life balance practices. Location: Near Springfield, Virginia
What You Will Do
Plan, coordinate, and conduct testing events .
Facilitate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) with test participants .
Review test objectives and success criteria .
Develop and review detailed test plans (DTP) and detailed checklist (DCLs) for test events.
Develop and support enterprise transition activity plan (ETAP) if required.
Coordination of Maintenance Activities (MA) and Memo grams
Monitoring of net during test activities as a test direct .
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
Systems installation, integration, and test experience .
Experience with project management.
Experience working collaboratively in team environment (Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor) RFC impact review and assessment experience .
Enterprise level planning and implementation .
An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
System Engineering practices regarding Testing, Verification and Validation .
Experience with NSIS and/or rapid delivery methods.
Experience working across contract and location boundaries.
Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence beneficial.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
