Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Instructional Systems Designer to provide unparalleled support for the Information Systems Division (TC) within the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Sterling, VA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Previous experience collecting, compiling, analyzing and synthesizing learner/customer feedback, test data, and program evaluations to determine workforce performance needs, curriculum design/development and learning solutions.
Ability to demonstrate an application of cognitive science and human factors engineering that apply
Proven experience using ADDIE, and Agile
Required Qualifications :
4 to 6 years of related experience
BS/BA degree OR 4 years of additional experience in lieu of degree
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and excellence in writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting of customer-ready materials.4 to 6 years of related experience
Demonstrated ability utilizing various Learning Management Systems (Moodle, Blackboard, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.)
Clearance Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
Stationary work at an office desk setting 50% of time
Traversing to accomplish tasks by moving from one work site to another or between different floors in a building
Communicating with others to exchange information
Ability to perceive and assess employee productivity
