Insight Global Verification Monitor in Sterling Heights, Michigan

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Verification Monitor to work at a client in Sterling Heights MI. This role would be to support the Booker and test out the technical manuals on the booker to make sure they accurately detail the information for the soliders to use when operating the tanks. You will then be making edits to the PDF manuals as needed. Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role:

* Perform Validation/Verification of Technical Manual Pages to Support Abrams, MSHORAD, SMET, BOOKER, OMFV and Stryker series Technical Documentation.

* Must be able to organize and conduct Validation/Verification of Operator, Maintenance and Troubleshooting Technical Publications for tracked and wheeled vehicles and ancillary equipment to insure technical accuracy/usability.

* Will perform troubleshooting, maintenance and software downloading on Abrams, Wolverine, Buffalo and Stryker series vehicles.

* Perform diagnostics and systems troubleshooting of Abrams, Wolverine, FOX and Stryker vehicles, components and assemblies.

* Support Government Verifications and Logistics Demonstrations on tracked and wheeled vehicle technical publications at GDLS and Government facilities.

* Serve as liaison between GDLS and Government representatives to resolve technical/administrative issues identified during Validation/Verification and

* Logistics Demonstration programs.

* Analyze Engineering drawings, electrical schematics and specifications to identify hardware configuration requirements and diagnose vehicle system faults.

* Must be able to use Microsoft Office products to develop/maintain departmental forms and records in accordance with ISO standards.

Skills and Requirements

* 2+ years of experience working in the army or military background

o Technican, maintenace, operator, tanks, infantry work

* Must be able to pass ASR requirements

o Comfortable going inside of and climbing on top of tanks

* Excellent computer skills

* Experience reading military technical manuals * Army Background is preference null
