Description:
This company is looking to add Team Leader's. They will Support the supervisor by monitoring the line for slow-downs, bottlenecks, or any employees that may need assistance. Become knowledgeable of all positions in order to effectively cover employees for restroom breaks or employees out unexpectedly, Accurately track all line production and rejects to ensure good counts on Finished parts. May need to do visual quality check as well and communicate with the Supervisor any issues. They will be responsible for coming in 15 minutes before other employees to prepare for the day. Will be responsible for sending out emails every day with production numbers hit, etc.
