Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee various administrative tasks, event planning, and team management. If you have a strong organizational skill set and enjoy meeting people and promoting a program that strengthens communities, this job might be for you!

Responsibilities: -Lead and supervise a team of parenting educators who deliver curriculum-based programs in the homes of families we serve -Educate and inform other agencies, organizations and the pubic at large about the programs of Baby Bear Hugs -Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies -Plan and organize events, including meetings, community outreach and fundraisers -Have a passion and understanding of child development, parenting education and early childhood -Communicate efficiently with the use of technology and the written word -Travel to meetings, community outreach and fundraising events

Requirements -Proven work experience as a Coordinator or in a similar role -Associate of Arts degree preferred -Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask -Excellent team management abilities -Exceptional communication skills -Reliable, insured transportation and a valid driver's license
