Need 1 full time, seasonal, temporary Ag Equipment Operator to work in Stephen, MN. From: 07/09/2024 - 12/01/2024 Work: Mon. - Fri., 8 Hrs./day Overtime: As required in MN, all work performed in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at a rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. ESST Law: Employers must provide each employee one hour of sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours in a year. Must Apply By: 09/20/2024 Job Duties: Drive and operate Ag equipment used in ag production to plant, fertilize, cultivate, and harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts or hand tools. Observe equipment and notify Supervisors of any malfunctions, adjust, service and repair farm machinery, farm buildings, fences. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Clean work areas and maintain grounds. Overtime and taking holiday mandatory. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Job Requirements:(3) Months experience, Class D License in 30 days, Drug screening and background check post-hire at employer's expense. Extensive sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, stooping and repetitive movements are required. No GED/High School Diploma required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
