DeVine Consulting, Inc. Program Manager, METOC, IT Infrastructure, Secret Clearance in Stennis Space Center, Mississippi

DeVine is a leading provider of Technological and Scientific solutions for Federal, State and commercial clients. 

Our company is looking to hire a Program Manager with Secret clearance or higher to manage a classified IT infrastructure program. This is an onsite role at Stennis Space Center, in MS, with occasional travel required. Only U.S. Citizens may be considered for this role due to customer requirements.

DeVine supports programs in IT infrastructure and High Performance Computing among other disciplines, for a client base in atmospheric & data science. The Program Manager will be a leader in technical, management, and administrative functions across a variety of projects. Supporting staff is located across various domestic and international locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Technological leadership of programs in the following disciplines:

  • METOC Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, IT System Administration, Network/Communications, Cross Domain Solutions, Configuration Management, IT Requirements Management, Life Cycle Support, IT Engineering Support, Integration & Sustainment

  • Ensure all requirements for projects and tasks are successfully delivered

  • Organize, direct, & coordinate planning and production of all contract support activities

  • Formulate and review strategic plans, marketing plans, subcontracting, and deliverable items, determine contract costs, and ensure conformity with contract terms and conditions

  • Ensure coordination between personnel and all central management functions within the organization, and between those central management functions and appropriate Government personnel

  • Collaborate with DeVine HQ regarding training, hiring and reviewing of assigned staff

  • Actively apply quality assurance measures to management and performance objectives

  • Be a key contributor to proposal and technical writing efforts

  • Participate in team events

    Required Experience:

  • Educational & Certification Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university required, Current PMP desired and required within 6 months of employment  

  • Experience Requirements: 5+ years experience in IT projects supporting METOC (atmospheric science, meteorology, etc.) 

  • Current/Active Secret security clearance, Top Secret a plus 

  • Possess demonstrated knowledge of Project Management,  IT Service Management, and Cybersecurity processes and best practices

    Preferred additional experience:

  • Current DoD 8570 IAM level III Certification (CISM, CISSP, GSLC, or CCISO)

  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Knowledge of, or experience in, US Naval Operations

  • Successful experience managing dispersed teams at multiple sites

Compensation range: $135K-$170K per year DOE and Skills
