Kelly Professional and Industrial is looking for an experienced HR Manager for a manufacturing company in Stearns, KY. This is a direct hire, salaried position with excellent benefits. Salary is 50,000, willing to cover relocation for the right fit.

Job Description:

  • Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff

  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation

  • Identify and manage training and development needs for employees

  • Administer compensation and benefits

  • Support annual salary review

  • Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes

  • Administer employee discipline processes

  • Review and update employee rules and regulations

  • Maintain the human resource information system and database

  • Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness

  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions

Job requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in human resources management, business administration or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in manufacturing or Industrial setting
