In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Ensure timely product delivery is a key aspect of this role. This role ensures that product delivery stays on track by promptly addressing and resolving technical issues that might delay or have delayed the assembly process. This involves troubleshooting and collaboration with a cross-functional team to ensure smooth progress

  • Support efforts in handling non-conformances raised in RIS system and RCAs for projects/products as needed, in conjunction with line manager

  • Participate in design reviews and qualification of new features/solutions/products as part of the new product development

  • Establish, revise, verify and approve Manufacturing Procedures, Checklists and travelers/routings in the applicable business systems

  • Perform improvement and standardization of processes, work methodologies and tools within the department, in conjunction with line manager

  • Ensure that products and documents are compliant with relevant international-, project specific- and Roxar standards

  • Train new hires and junior colleagues on electronics assembly and testing

  • Additionally, during times of urgency or when resources are limited in the assembly line, there is an expectation to step in and assist with the hands-on assembly and testing of various products as per the production schedule

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s/College degree in Electrical/Electro-mechanical Engineering or technical degree with any combination equivalent to experience and education that could likely provide the required knowledge and abilities

  • Proficient in the English language

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to help troubleshoot production issues related to electronics or software issues

  • Ability to work and drive progress independently

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Minimum five years of work experience with electronics assemblies

  • Proven track records in electronics focused project execution, manufacturing, industrial or design engineering
