PARTS/WAREHOUSE MANAGER WANTED - Salary up to $30 per hour based on experience.

ABCO Maintenance is looking for a senior level Construction Materials and Shop Manager. The ideal candidate will have skilled knowledge of the construction/maintenance industry, manaing people, and not be afraid of technology.

Job Description:

  • MUST HAVE 5 years+ construction skilled trades - Do not need experience with all trades but the more the better (plumbing ,carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing, ETC.)

  • Purchase and order parts required for construction projects.

  • Ability to manage people

  • Experience in the coordination and managment of technicians...making sure they can managne and coordiate their daily activies, they have the equipmetn they need, get out of the facility and on their way to jobs on time, etc.

Additional responsibilities will be added as the job description evolves.

Position Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE 5+ years hands on experience with with maintenance & construction skilled trades (, , HVAC, electrical, roofing, ETC.)

  • Comfortable in using technology related to MS Office and other internet based applications.

  • People Management/Development skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Must be a self-performer with minimum guidance

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
