As a Solar Installer at Envinity, you'll be at the forefront of the clean energy revolution, helping homeowners and businesses transition to solar power. From rooftop installations to ground-mounted arrays, you'll play a crucial role in bringing renewable energy projects to life. What You'll Do:

  • Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting hardware according to industry best practices and Envinity's high standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project execution and timely completion.
  • Conduct site assessments and assist with system design as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients throughout the installation process.

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in solar installation or a related field preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
