B. Bliss Repair & Installation, LLC Office Assistant in State College, Pennsylvania

B. Bliss Repair and Installation is a growing company seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play an integral part in our company, providing exceptional customer service to existing clients, new customers, visitors, and vendors. Responsibilities will include managing phone calls, correspondence, scheduling appointments, receiving and shipping packages and various other administrative responsibilities.

 

This  is a full time position in an office space. Starting pay is $12.50 per hour.

Benefits: Six paid annual holidays, 40 hours of sick time per year.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  3. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  4. Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails and mail.
  5. Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing communications efficiently.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
  7. Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  8. Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  9. Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders as needed.
  10. Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
  11. Must be able to lift over 25lbs

     

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  3. Proficient in using office equipment and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  6. Professional and presentable appearance.
  7. At least one year of experience in a comparable role.
  8. High school diploma or equivalent
